Summer Party

Having put my daughter down for the night, leaving the wetnurse to watch over her. I enter, followed by my ladies. Henry had asked me to join him at this celebration and so, I had arrived. I was still dressed in black but a different gown and I entered as the steward announced. "The Dowager Queen of Navarre."
I floated across the room, heading towards my brother. Releasing a sigh as I glide before him, I gracefully sink into a curtsy.
"Your Majesty."

It was now officially summer and I was very excited. I entered the hall with my fiance holding his hand firmly as my eye's searched the room for Anne. It was important for me that Anne knew of my happiness from nobody else but me.

Isabella heard about the Summer ball in England and wanted to visit it. She came to England with enthusiasm. Bella came into the hall and looked around.

Smiling faintly, I lower my head in deference. "We shall see Henry, I doubt it but we'll see."
I stand, arranging my hair as I speak to my brother. Twirling and twisting strands, I flick them over my exposed shoulders. "Will Lady Anne be joining us, your Majesty?"

Mary Dawn stood in the doorway of the Great Hall, she had been sent ahead by Lady Anne to report back on who was there and the colours worn by the ladies.....Mary's eyes were drawn to a gentleman standing in the corner he looked familiar somehow.

His Majesty King Henry looked as handsome as ever as he spoke with his sister, with a curtsey Mary took her leave anxious to return with the Lady Anne and enjoy the party

He slid into the party unannounced, his cape flounced over one shoulder as he surveyed the scene. he wondered if his sister would ever join the court. he missed her greatly. from the corner of his eye he saw a blonde lady and smiled to her.

Katherine Elizabeth Tudor enter the room. As the servants announced her. She saw her father and her uncle and smiled to them both.

Mary returned to the party and looked around for her friends but it seems they had yet to arrive, she moved towards the corner of the room, her eyes scanning the hall.

Her gaze settled on a rather handsome man who was smiling at her, she had seen him around court but had never spoken to him, she returned his smile and felt a flush come to her cheeks

Katherine saw her aunt and nodded her head to her. She made her way to a table and set down. She was hoping to talk to some of her family before leaving court.

I was so proud of my new gown, and had been waiting for a day to wear it out. The blue and violet hues overwhelmed each viewer's senses as the colors shifted with each movement of my body as I walked into the gorgeously decorated and brightly lit hall.

Music wafted on the air: flute, drum and lute. I smiled, my feet already wishing to dance. I took a goblet from a fountain spouting ruby red and sipped it, its heady sweetness deliciously forbidden. Tonight I would drink as much as I pleased, for Father nor William were here to say no. I listened to the chatter of the English court as I waited for someone to talk to. I was not normally shy, but I was in a foreign place and out of my element.

Dorothy enters the room wearing her favorite purple gown with white thread sewn around the waist while wearing baby's breath in her hair. She is hoping she would find the Gentleman that has captured her heart.

*Edward enters the hall with Catherine Parr, watches everyone dancing and some of them playing music, unravels my hand with catherine's, he don't understand what to do next as he was waiting for some of his friends to come, after a while looks at catherine*sweat heart wait for a moment, i will get some wine*he innocently walks towards the table to get a glass of wine at least, get's some wine and handed it over to catherine, takes a sip cheering and sips it slowly*

Anne was on the dance floor with her ladies and courtiers. She was talking with them, drinking wine, laughing and enjoying the moment

Mary joined Anne on the dance floor My Lady she smiled and curtsied secretly keeping a watch on the handsome gentleman who had caught her eye from the moment she entered the party.

Anne looked at Mary with joy

"Ah Mary! Where were you?"

Mary quicky stepped close to Anne's side

I am here my Lady, I have brought you some refreshment she smiled as she handed over a goblet of wine

He glanced again at the young blonde lady and smiled when she caught his eye. He could see she was serving Anne Boleyn, so he would wait for an appropriate moment to speak with her.

"Hello uncle."

She said walking up to her uncle with a smile.

Mary felt her face flush scarlet as the gentleman smiled at her, her heart skipped a beat there was something alluring about him, cape over his shoulder he looked like a man who had experienced the world and she so wished to speak to him but her duties to Lady Anne must come first

Anne noticed that gentle man. She looked at him, he was watching Mary. Anne smiled and touched Mary's hand
