A french boat had arrived so Thomas awaited the lady Rousseau at the courtyard. He walked toward a gorgeous woman praying to god that this was the woman that sent him the letter. He smiled "Lady Rousseau?" he asked hopefully.

"Indeed, I am who you seek, Thomas Seymour." He said and took her hand kissing it gently. "How was your trip my lady?" He asked and seeing that she was cold, offered her his coat.

Thomas was surprised that she spoke so freely about marriage, he just agreed to escort her around the palace. Although, the way she spoke somehow intrigued him. "Yes, I'm quite happy living here, i'm sure you'll find things a little bit different than in France." He said and looked over at her admiring her pretty face. "I'm sorry to hear about your father, have you come here to seek a husband?"

Her voice was low pitched and had a mystery to it, which made him more interested in her. "Of course my lady right this way." Thomas pointed left. As they walked he couldn't help but wonder what she was thinking. "You have done your research, yes, I do like to keep to myself most days. I'm sure of my large family? I only associate with them and even at that I keep myself far from court discrepancies unless need be."

Thomas chuckled slightly squeezed her hand. "Forgive if my personality does not please you." I smirked and looked at her "No, England is where I need to be now." He said as they reached the stables.

"I don't know, all I know is that I am very drawn to you." He caressed her face and smiled. "I do hope to see you again, and not just at a social gathering." He kissed her hand softly and gazed into her eyes. "Good night, my lady."

Thomas looked at her and could not deny her womanly accents. "Soon, I shall send for you very soon, For this is not our last meeting. Not by far." He said and kissed her hand gently while looking up at her.

Thomas knew her words were true, although didn't know his feelings for Kate he just knew he wanted her back. He sighed "How do you women know so much?" He asked and thought perhaps she was a friend of Kate's what ever it was it looked at it as a sign, a sign to send for the woman he desired most.

Queen Katherine was leaving Palace. The day he feared the most came at the end. Thomas was watching her walking slowly among crowd. She still looked so proud in spite of her disgrace. People were shouting:

"God bless the Queen! The Lord bless you, Majesty!"

Katherine was saddened to be leaving court. She walks slowly at looks at all of her loyal subjects sending her good wishes, a small smile forming on her lips. She nods and addresses them.

"Thank you. Thank you everyone."

"Charles was standing in the courtyard too, to greet the Queen of England leaving Palace. Even if it was a sad moment for her, she looked proud and royal as always. He looked at her with admiration"
