"I will never let your downfall happen."

She couldn't believe her ears.

"Wh-what? To Margaret?"

She was shocked.

"What can i say? Congrats firstly and then i wish that you both could be happy for all your life , brother."

She felt her cheeks grow warm as he held her chin, and for a moment she feared she perhaps looked like an idiot, eyes wide and blushing so.

She giggled as he kissed her cheek. "My lord, you are too bold," she jested, taking a deep breath. She pulled away, sitting up straight, hands clasped together as her eyes scanned the garden. She bit her lip and sneakily looked to see if Arthur was looking away, and just as he did, she leaned in and gave his own cheek a soft kiss.
She pulled away and looked in another direction as though she did nothing.

Arthur smiled one last time, and gave a final bow. "It is getting dark, my lady. And, I would love to meet you again," he said, to her. Arthur liked her very much.

George and his some friends were enjoying in east garden. But George was almost getting bored. He turned to back when he heard a noise was coming from somewhere near to themselves. "Jane Bassett.." whispered George in wonder. He first boggled to approach her but sneakingly he had been worried about her. At last, George left his friends over there and dared to approach her. After a few slow steps, he finally stopped.
"It has been a long time since I've seen that French gown."

"My lady" George bowed. He took a step towards her and titled his head a little "I do not bother you, or?"

"I am very good." George looked at the sun cutting down on eyes "I love this kind of warm weathers. It gives me happiness." George finally looked at Jane again, smiled slightly "What about you, Your Grace? How are you?"

When Jane talked about her daughter, George smiled nodding "I met her..Mm..Elizabeth, right? Oh,beautiful Elizabeth. She looks like you so much. Even the way how she teases me is like exactly yours. " George took a deep breath, looked at into her eyes after Jane talked about themselves "I just wanted you to be happy. You had been happy until father came out."

George stuttered "But..I-I was thinking you were hurted when your husband di...Anyway." He stopped,cleared his throat, tried to smile "You must know the gossips better than me. You know everybody in this court."

George raised an eyebrow "Have you been successful in Scotland, then?" He smirked at her in a sweet way "Gossips..The King made himself the head of the church for marrying Anne. Cesare and Margaret has divorced..I slept with Margaret. I also slept with my father's mistress and I had a son from her but he died. Mmm what else? I have some doubts if Charles sleeps with Nan again. And that's all, for now."

George shook his head smiling "No don't be sorry. You've just said that..You're always happy."

"You must be right, Your Grace" George looked at her eyes meaningfully "If we always have the happiness, then we lose the purpose of life."

George smiled softly "You care about me then?"
